Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts

Instructions

  • Layer ingredients in a bowl or mason jar, from the bottom up: yogurt, granola, blueberries, hemp hearts, yogurt, granola, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts!
