Follow Up Appointment
Follow up appointments are helpful for accountability, support, on-going guidance, lab work review and to ask questions.
During a follow up session you & your HGG RD will:
- Review the health and nutrition progress made towards your goals set in a previous session
- Adjust or create new goals as needed
- Discuss additional health topics: sleep, stress, fitness and supplements that may be a good fit for you
- Answer health and nutrition related questions
- You’ll receive a custom care plan / summary of your visit
Payment Policy
Payments are due in full via HealthyGroceryGirl.com prior to sessions. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Rescheduled or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hour notice will be billed in full. Sessions expire 12-months from date of purchase.
