Meet Your Teacher

Hi! I’m Megan Roosevelt, RDN and founder of Healthy Grocery Girl.

I created this course after years of providing one-on-one nutrition coaching for clients and seeing the major trends in what individuals need to succeed with their health. I created The Plant-Based Program (formally HGG Membership) to serve as a resource for anyone who is looking for not just recipes but true nutrition education into how and why plants make a difference in our health.

If you’re serious about seeing an improvement in your own health as well as your families health, than I encourage you to add more plants to your plate!

This program will help you eat a plant-focused diet, whether that looks like a mostly plant-based diet or a fully plant-based diet.
