Ingredients

head broccoli
1/2
head cauliflower

red bell pepper
2
large carrots
1/4
a head of purple cabbage
2
cups
baby kale
3/4
cup
currants
1/2
cup
hemp hearts
1/2
cup
parsley
Juice from 1 lemon
1
tablespoon
of crushed garlic
3
tablespoons
olive oil
Sea salt & black pepper
Instructions
Finely chop up all vegetables and add to a large bowl. You can chop by hand or use a food processor
Top with top with garlic, currants, hemp hearts, lemon juice, olive oil and salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients together, serve & enjoy!
