Orange Oat Energy Bars

Ingredients

Limoneira navel orange juice

pitted dates

chia seeds

hemp seeds
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until stick batter forms.
Press batter into pan lined with parchment paper and let freeze for 2+ hours.
Top with some orange zest, cut into bars and enjoy!
