We are always looking for quick grab-n-go breakfast recipes that are nourishing and will keep us full! I’m excited to share with you this recipe for these quick & easy Orange Oat Energy Bars! Made with real, simple ingredients and can be prepped ahead of time!
Orange Oat Energy BarsPrint Recipe
- 3 tablespoons Limoneira navel orange juice
- 1.5 cups oats
- 8 oz pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until stick batter forms.
- Press batter into pan lined with parchment paper and let freeze for 2+ hours.
- Top with some orange zest, cut into bars and enjoy!
