Blueberry Hazelnut Chia Parfait

Hello and Happy Tuesday! We’re shaking things up here on healthygrocerygirl.com. First you’ll notice we’re posting this week’s Healthy Grocery Girl Show episode on a Tuesday! Some could say it is because this recipe is too delicious to wait until Thursday to share it with you!

In today’s episode I am sharing how to make a Blueberry Hazelnut Chia Parfait using  Chia Pod’s from The Chia Co.  I also include a homemade chia pudding recipe below, if you’d like to make your chia pudding, rather than buy it.

Blueberry Hazelnut Chia Parfait

A simple and delicious breakfast, snack or dessert!

Total Time:3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raw unsalted hazelnuts
  • 1 Chia Pod

Instructions

  • Wash and dry blueberries and place in the bottom of your cup or parfait glass
  • Next add a layer or chia pudding
  • Then a layer of hazelnuts
  • Add a final layer of chia pudding and sprinkle with remaining blueberries and hazelnuts

*Choose organic ingredients when possible
