Blueberry Hazelnut Chia Parfait

In today’s episode I am sharing how to make a Blueberry Hazelnut Chia Parfait using Chia Pod’s from The Chia Co. I also include a homemade chia pudding recipe below, if you’d like to make your chia pudding, rather than buy it.

Blueberry Hazelnut Chia Parfait
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup raw unsalted hazelnuts
- 1 Chia Pod
Instructions
- Wash and dry blueberries and place in the bottom of your cup or parfait glass
- Next add a layer or chia pudding
- Then a layer of hazelnuts
- Add a final layer of chia pudding and sprinkle with remaining blueberries and hazelnuts
