Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup almond Milk
- A handful of ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender & blend until smoothie & creamy!

Peanut Butter & Jelly Bars

- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 flax egg 1 tablespoon flaxseeds & 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ¾ cup oat flour rolled oats pulsed
- ¼ cup fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup strawberry jam
- Natural peanut butter
- Raw unsalted peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- To make oat flour add oats to a blender or food processor and pulse together
- Line a pan with parchment paper
- Mix flaxseed with water and let set for 3 minutes to create a flax egg
- In a large bowl add coconut oil, peanut butter, flax egg and vanilla extract and stir together
- Add coconut sugar and oat flour and stir together
- Pour mixture into pan evenly and then spread jam across the top evenly. Place sliced fresh strawberries on top. Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes
- Allow bars to cool & then drizzle with melted peanut butter & sprinkle with chopped peanuts
Servings: 6
Recipe #3 is simply a traditional peanut butter & jelly sandwich… that has been turned into a WAFFLE sandwich!!
