Balsamic Avocado Toast

Balsamic Avocado Toast
Makes One Serving
Ingredients:
1 or 2 pieces of sprouted whole-grain bread such as Food for Life Ezekiel 4:9
1/2 small or 1/4 large avocado
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
A pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Toast bread. Slice avocado in half and remove the pit. Spoon out avocado and slice into pieces. Place avocado on toast and with a fork gently smoosh avocado until it’s creamy. You can alternatively add avocado to a bowl first to smash and make creamy and then spread on toast. Lastly, sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
