Detox Water For Summer
Infused water, water fresca, detox water, vitamin water… it goes by many names! Today I am sharing how to make this popular, quick & healthy beverage!
We all know that hydration is important, especially in warm weather! Symptoms of dehydration can be a slow and sluggish metabolism, difficultly making decisions as well as feeling on edge, to name a few! One of my favorite ways to make water more exciting (so we drink more of it!) is to naturally flavor water with fresh fruit. Adding fruit to water also infuses it with vitamin and minerals which can help boost our immune system, as well support natural cleansing and detoxification.
Once you’ve had a chance to watch today’s new Healthy Grocery Girl Cooking video, let me know in the comment section below which of these recipes you are excited to make first! If you’re already a fan of infused water, perhaps you have some ingredient combinations of your own to share!
