Hi Friends! Welcome back to the blog! Today I’m sharing how to make a colorful cashew ginger quinoa bowl that is perfect for lunch or dinner! For those that have been following our blog and channel for a long time you know that I love nut butters! They are so versatile and great way to add protein, fiber & healthy fats to your diet. I hope today’s recipe gives you inspiration to get in the kitchen & use nut butters in a new, fun ways!

A big thanks to Once Again Nut Butter for being our video Sponsor today! The first product I ever tried from Once Again Nut Butter was their Sunflower Seed Butter! It’s a great alternative for those who need to avoid peanuts or almonds. I am also a big fan of their cashew butter! It is the creamiest cashew butter I’ve ever tasted! It’s actually a smart idea to rotate your nut & seed butters to keep things interesting & also provide your body with a variety of nutrients.

What I love about Once Again is that in addition to making awesome products, they are also very charitable! They’ve donated to over 100 different charities a year! They also have an incredibly high food safety certification and so they have never had to recall any product! I always love learning about the company & people behind products I love. It makes it more personable & I feel good about supporting them! I know some of you do as well so I thought you’d find this information interesting.
