This blog post is super serious. We’re serious about dessert! Delicious, plant-based desserts that is! I created an incredible Cherry “Cheesecake” for the Inspired Home website, which many of you know that I’m a contributor for! This recipe has no added sugar, it’s gluten-free, dairy-free and we hope that you enjoy!!

The star ingredient of this recipe is cherries, which are a fantastic seasonal summer treat. They are packed with antioxidants and immune boosting nutrients such as Vitamin C! They also contain vitamin A (an important vitamin for eye health!), potassium, calcium and iron! 

This recipe is also made with a variety of nutrient dense real, whole food ingredients. The crust is made with a mixture of oats, nuts, dates & seasonings. The nuts add protein, fiber & nourishing fats!
