QUICK, EASY, HEALTHY AFTER SCHOOL SNACKS
Hi Friends! Welcome back to the blog! It’s Back To School season and that means it’s time to think about afternoon snacks! Today I’m sharing 3 quick, easy and nourishing snacks that you and / or your kids will love! They are packed with protein (thanks to the nut butter!), fiber as well as vitamins and minerals. Peanut Butter Energy Bites

- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 cup dates
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a crumbly mixture forms, squeeze and roll into balls. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 1 week!
Apple "Cookies"

- 1 green apple
- 1/2 cup almond butter
toppings
- chocolate chips
- sliced almonds
- hemp seeds
- coconut flakes
Instructions
- Cut apple slices about 1/4 inch thick, spread on almond butter add toppings!
PB&G: Peanut Butter & Greens Smoothie

- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 cups kale
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30 - 60 seconds.
