Easy Homemade Dark Chocolate Bark
I love chocolate! I eat it every. single. day. Dark chocolate is my go-to and I love that it’s packed with anti-oxidants and iron! It’s a wonderful thing that dark-chocolate is both good for you & great tasting! Being that it’s the Holiday season I thought I would share with you how to make an easy dark chocolate bark that is vegan, gluten-free & delicious! BARK INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of dark chocolate chips
TOPPING 1 INGREDIENTS
- Pistachios
- Goji Berries
- Manitoba Harvest Hemp Heart Toppers: Cacao & Coconut
TOPPING 2 INGREDIENTS
- Toasted Coconut
- Dried Cranberries
- Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
TOPPING 3 INGREDIENTS
- Sliced Almonds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
Instructions
- Melt chocolate stirring often, in a double boiler on the stovetop
- Pour melted chocolate over non-stick surface on a baking sheet, I like to use a Silpat
- Top with toppings!
- Let set in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight
- Break into pieces and then enjoy!
- Keep stored in the freezer
