Turmeric Tea Latte Recipe
Hi Friends! Welcome back to the blog! In today’s new video I’m sharing some of my favorite plant-based foods and also recipe videos we’ve created to give you ideas for how to enjoy these foods! Turmeric Tea Latte

- 1 tea bag of Traditional Medicinals Turmeric with Meadowsweet with Ginger
- ½ tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ cup steamed unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of raw local honey
- 2 – 3 cloves
Instructions
- In a tea or coffee cup pour 8-ounces of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. Cover and let steep for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Squeeze the tea bag to ensure maximum goodness is in your cup! Then add lemon juice, steamed almond milk, cloves & honey.
- Enjoy!

Almonds, walnuts & pistachios are a great snack!
