Happy Fall!! Welcome back to the blog! These Pumpkin Spice Donuts with Pumpkin Glaze are perfect for those who just can’t get enough pumpkin! Drippy, sweet, and full of Fall Flavor! They are also gluten-free and vegan!!

Pumpkin Spice Donuts

DRY
- 1 cup gluten-free baking flour I love Bob's Red Mill 1-to-1 Gluten-Free Baking Mix
- 1/2 cup hazelnut flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
WET
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
GLAZE
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- In a medium bowl add all of the dry donut ingredients and whisk together.
- Next, In a small bowl or carafe add the wet ingredients and whisk together.
- Then, pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry and mix together until well combined.
- Pour, scoop or pipe the batter into a donut pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 - 20 minutes.
- When the donuts are finished cooking, remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes, then flip the pan over onto a drying rack and cool for another 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add all glaze ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together until smooth.
- Dip the rounded side of each donut into the glaze, and place back onto the drying rack to let the glaze set.
