Hi Friends! Welcome back to the blog! I hope you are having a great day! I make a smoothie everyday and now that Fall is here it’s been fun switching up the ingredients to include seasonal fall flavors! Check out the recipes below!

Maple Walnut

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 serving plant-based protein powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute, enjoy!

Turmeric Persimmon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 serving plant-based protein powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 fuyu persimmon

Instructions

  • Wash and chop the persimmon, remove the top, core and any seeds.
  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for one minute, enjoy!

Pumpkin Chai

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 serving plant-based protein powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 3-4 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup chai tea concentrate

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute, enjoy!
