Lemon Cashew Beet DipPrint Recipe
- 1 Limoneira classic lemon juiced
- 1/2 cup cooked beets steamed or roasted
- 1 1/2 cup soaked cashews
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve with veggies and crackers to dip!
