Nut & Seed Snack Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of dates
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until you get a crumbly and sticky mixture
  • Transfer mixture into a dish and press firmly with your hands
  • Then cover and let set in the freezer for 4 hours
  • Once bars have "set" for a few hours cut into bars or squares and enjoy!
  • I store my snack bars in the fridge or freezer

Make 8 - 10 bars
