Nut & Seed Snack Bars

- 2 cups of dates
- 2/3 cup oats
- 2/3 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until you get a crumbly and sticky mixture
- Transfer mixture into a dish and press firmly with your hands
- Then cover and let set in the freezer for 4 hours
- Once bars have "set" for a few hours cut into bars or squares and enjoy!
- I store my snack bars in the fridge or freezer
