  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods Unsweetened All Natural Hemp Non-Dairy Beverage
  • 1 cup of organic coconut water
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 2 ice-cubes


  • Blend & Enjoy!
