When your ready to leave, top yogurt with pre-sliced fruit, a handful of pistachios, sprinkle of chia seeds and you’re ready to take on the day!

Did you know that strawberries contain vitamin C? Along with being a great support for your immune health, vitamin C is also important for the production of collagen and protecting your cells from damage. Strawberries also contain folate, which helps with tissue growth and the functioning if cells.
Pistachios contain fiber and protein, making them a great addition to meals to help with satiety and feeding your gut microbes. They also contain unsaturated fatty acids, which is important for brain health and balancing out meals to aid in blood sugar support.
Orange peels contain plenty of fiber, vitamins and other incredible nutrients! One of these is called limonene. Limonene is a chemical found in the peels of citrus fruit that may project against cancer and other diseases. Citrus zest adds tons of flavor to dishes and can even be frozen and used for later recipes!

- 2 Limoneira navel oranges
- Yogurt of choice
- Fresh strawberries
- Chia seeds
- Wash, zest, peel and slice oranges.
- Wash, cut off tops and slice strawberries.
- Prepare bowl with yogurt, orange slices, strawberry slices, pistachios and chia seeds. Top with zest and enjoy!
