So for today’s video I am sharing how to make Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowls! Chia pudding is great to make ahead of time & what I love about chia seeds is that they expand in liquid, which help you feel full longer! Chia seeds also contain protein, fiber & healthy fats! We’re also using Orgain’s Organic Plant-Based Protein Powder in all of our recipes today so that these breakfast bowls are truly satisfying & will keep you feeling full for hours!

Banana Almond Chocolate Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ serving Orgain creamy chocolate fudge protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup water

TOPPINGS

  • ½ medium ripe banana peeled & sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa nibs
  • 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter

Instructions

  • Add the protein powder and chia seeds into a small bowl and whisk together, then add the water and whisk again until well combined.
  • Let sit for at least 10 minutes (or cover and store in the fridge overnight).
  • When you are ready to enjoy top with the banana, cocoa nibs, almonds and almond butter.
  • Enjoy!

Peanut Butter & Jelly Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowl

  • ½ serving Orgain vanilla bean protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk

TOPPINGS

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon low sugar strawberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • Add the protein powder and chia seeds into a small bowl and whisk together, then add the almond milk and whisk again until well combined.
  • Let sit for at least 10 minutes (or cover and store in the fridge overnight).
  • When you are ready to enjoy top with the strawberry jam, peanuts and peanut butter drizzle!
  • Enjoy!

Almond Blueberry Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowl

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup water

TOPPINGS

  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon honey drizzle

Instructions

  • Add the protein powder and chia seeds into a small bowl and whisk together, then add the water and whisk again until well combined.
  • Let sit for at least 10 minutes (or cover and store in the fridge overnight).
  • When you are ready to enjoy top with the fresh blueberries, chopped almonds and a drizzle of raw honey, enjoy!
